I'm excited to be doing a trial run of an 'Add a Pillow Insert' feature. You can add a pillow insert for $25 to any pillow order. In this test phase, I'll be ordering the correct pillow insert size for you and mailing to you separately from your Shop Lucky Collective order. This means you pick out the pillow you want, select 'Add a Pillow Insert' and let me take care of the rest! Depending on many of you use this feature, I'll consider making this a permanent option (and in that case, would be shipping the pillow insert + cover together).
Shipping and Returns
All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS, per the customer’s selection at checkout and will ship out within a few days of your order being placed. After a label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking information. After the package is marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, Lucky Collective is not responsible to what happens to the package from that point forward.
All orders from Shop Lucky Collective are final sale and as such, Shop Lucky Collective is not able to accept returns.
