All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS, per the customer’s selection at checkout and will ship out within a few days of your order being placed. After a label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking information. After the package is marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, Lucky Collective is not responsible to what happens to the package from that point forward.

All orders from Shop Lucky Collective are final sale and as such, Shop Lucky Collective is not able to accept returns. 

Given the product you are purchasing is handmade and one-of-a-kind, slight imperfections may be present. Vintage textiles, such as floor cushions, pillows, and blankets, may show signs of wear and tear such as discoloration, frays, tears, small holes, stains, etc. Small imperfections are a part of the textile’s history and add beauty, uniqueness, and authenticity to each piece.
